The notion of participation in the political project of democratic security in Colombia -A approach from the critical analysis of discourse

This article expounds some outcomes of the research “The Democratic Security as a Political Project: an analysis on the Perspective of Discourseâ€, -a study carried out by the Discourse, Organization, and Political Group, ascribed to the Faculty of communication in the University of Medellin. The article discloses the “ideological bases that support the notion of civic participation†within the context of the Democratic Security Project: the axis of Alvaro Uribe Velez’s administration in Colombia (2002-2006).
This article aims at inquiring into the role communication policies play nowadays in the democratization of the public word, a fact which would certainly lead us to assume that the communication is a social right linked to the access, usage, practices, recognitions, and participation of citizens as individuals capable of formulating society projects. Communication is thus perceived as a necessary condition for the conformation of comprising citizenships, as an indispensable element for the effective performance of civil and political rights and, hence, as a key factor to social integration.
J. L. Austin: evolution, communication and everyday language

In this paper the main purpose is to expose the relevance of focus of John L. Austin and their opposition a conception type on the communication. Austin elaborates –in its own terms –to “linguistic phenomenologyâ€, with which revises some places thrashed critically. Those “you force illocutionary†and those “speech actsâ€, they will be central concepts in this analytic company. In the perspective of Austin should not make a mistake communication with information. The work that here develop ¡t proposes some usually notices in defense of the normative functions of the language ordinary.
The collaborative workshop turns into a space for communication amongst the Pares (teachers in Elementary and higher Education) in order to acknowledge themselves and the others with the precise purpose of formulating proposals that would positively affect the Education. For such a case, the workshop –because of the communicational condition itself– allows the proposing of an integration model that would take into consideration not only the areas of knowledge, but rather other institutional levels that should sustain a permanent communication.

The text discuss the urban space as a semiotic and comunicational space. The city passes to be seen (and it also passes to be interpreted) as a scene for many lexias and public registrations. Grafitti, monuments, plates of signalling, outdoors and a infinity of other significant articulations configure the metrópolis as an inhabited text, permanently rewritten. Such assumptions ¡n allow them to understand, as prompt focus of our empirical work, the city of Porto Alegre, situated in the south of Brazil, as a field for many discursive’s coexistences.
This article expounds an approximation to the characteristics of the radio’s morning shows for juvenile audiences, reconstructing the general trends of its structures which, like a merry-go round, offer a constant mix of music, advertisements and conversations that tend to sexualize all issues. This text is a partial outcome to the Observatory over the effectiveness and sexuality in the programming of radio shows for juvenile audiences, supported by the Ministry of Education; hence the first section oà the article is a panoramic overview of the theoretical and methodological approach towards the search for the mechanisms that reveal the characteristical mobility of the evanescent radio discourse.
This article has been written thanks to the confluence of vital experiences and knowhow’s that grouped their thoughts and explorations in order to set them into collective questioning and reconstruction. Behind this encounter lies an interdisciplinary perspective that attempts to bring forth a common ground to some concepts elaborated within Anthropology, Social work, Communication, Esthetics, and Research processes.
